BlastRadius, Inc. (“BlastRadius,” “we,” “our,” and/or “us'') values the privacy of individuals who use our website (the “Site”) and our applications, platforms, and related cybersecurity tools (the “Platform,” and together with “Site,” our “Services”). This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and share information from users of our Services (“you” and/or “your”). By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and procedures this Privacy Policy describes. Beyond this Privacy Policy, your use of our Services is also subject to our Terms of Service.
- Information We Collect
Depending on the Services you use, we may collect a variety of information from or about you or your devices from various sources, as described below.
A. Information You Provide to Us
- Registration and Profile Information. When you register to use our Services, we ask you to provide your name, email address, address, company, title, as well as a username and a password or connect through a third-party single sign-on service. During the onboarding process, we may also ask you for information about your company and personnel, such as the names and email addresses of individuals who you would like to authorize to use our Services, as well as other relevant information we and our service providers may require to integrate your company’s networks and security services with our Services.
- Communications. If you contact us directly, we receive additional information about you. For example, if you contact us for customer support, we may receive your name, email address, the contents of the message and any attachments you send to us, and any other information you choose to provide. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will collect certain information from you, such as your name, company, title, and email address. When we send you emails, we may track whether you open them to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and improve our Services.
- Careers. If you decide that you wish to apply for a job with us, you may submit your contact information and your resume online. We will collect the information you choose to provide on your resume, such as your education and employment experience. You may also apply through LinkedIn. If you do so, we will collect the information you make available to us on LinkedIn.
- Payment Information. If you make a purchase through our Services, your payment-related information, such as credit card or other financial information, is collected by our third-party payment processor on our behalf.
B. Information We Collect When You Use Our Services
- Location Information. When you use our Services, we receive your precise location information. We also infer your general location information, for example, by using your internet protocol (IP) address.
- Device Information. We receive information about the device and software you use to access our Services, including IP address, web browser type, operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer, device identifiers, mobile advertising identifiers, and push notification tokens.
- Usage Information. To help us understand how you use our Services and to help us improve them, we automatically receive information about your interactions with our Services, like the pages or content you view and the dates and times of your visits.
- Information from Cookies and Similar Technologies. We and our third-party partners collect information using cookies, pixel tags, or similar technologies. For example, to provide the Services, we receive information about your network, business systems, and your employees' use of such systems (e.g., names, contact information, IP addresses, metadata, and similar information).
C. Information We Receive from Third Parties
- Contact Lists. We purchase contact lists from third-party sources for our marketing purposes and sales activities. These contact lists contain personal information such as email addresses and data that you make available in a social media profile.
- Background Checks. We work with third-party partners to perform background checks on our workforce members, such as full-time employees and contractors, and receive publicly available information about such individuals as part of this process.
